Analysts

In this two year program, Baird offers recent college graduates the opportunity to work as Baird Investment Banking analysts. As an analyst, you will provide analytical support for mergers, acquisitions and public offerings, working work with senior bankers and key management from client companies on a daily basis. 
 
  

Associates

Associates hired into Baird Investment Banking are highly qualified individuals, typically with MBAs or law degrees, committed to a career providing quantitative and analytical support for equity offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and other financial advisory services.
