Craig is Baird’s senior analyst covering Consumer Leisure, Auction & Auto Services as well as the Director of Research Operations. Prior to joining Baird in 1999, Craig worked in marketing and sales for the Eureka Company (now Electrolux Home Care Products). In 2006, StarMine ranked Craig No. 2 for accuracy at estimating earnings in the Automobiles sector. Craig received a BA in Economics, English and Philosophy, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he is an alumnus of the Applied Security Analysis Program.

Amy is Baird’s senior analyst covering Education Services. Prior to joining Baird in 2003, she was an equity research analyst at Lehman Brothers, an equity research associate at William Blair & Company, an intern at Institutional Capital Corporation and an associate instructor in mathematics at Indiana University. In both 2007 and 2008, Amy was ranked by StarMine as a Top 3 Industry Stock Picker in the Diversified Consumer Services Industry. Amy received a BA in Mathematics from Kalamazoo College and a MA in Mathematics from Indiana University.

Andrea is Baird’s senior analyst covering Facility and Industrial Services. She joined Baird in 2000 and spent approximately eight years in equity research covering the process controls industry. Andrea has a BA in Economics and Business from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa, and served as a Young Trustee on Cornell College’s board of trustees from 2000-2004. Andrea received her MBA with concentrations in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago in 2008.

Mark is Baird’s senior analyst covering Human Capital Services. Prior to joining Baird in 2005, Mark was at Wachovia Securities for seven years, where he was a senior business services analyst specializing in the human capital solutions sector. He has consistently been ranked highly for both stock picking and EPS accuracy by Forbes.com/StarMine. Before joining Wachovia, Mark covered the same sector for four years at Cleary Gull Reiland & McDevitt. He began his professional career at the Leo Burnett Worldwide agency, where he spent five years specializing in business analysis and consulting services. Mark received a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
